Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp may be required before dispatch.

Shipping Locations

Currently, CrazyMe ships across India only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotions.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro / rural areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Courier Partners

We use trusted third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Delays

CrazyMe is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner issues
Natural disasters
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.
CrazyMe reserves the right to limit or cancel COD orders based on order history or verification failure.
Refusal to accept COD orders at delivery may result in future COD restrictions.
