RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
At CrazyMe, we take pride in our products. Due to the nature of clothing items, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted only if:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product or wrong size

The product is defective on arrival
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
-
Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory as proof
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)

Change of mind / personal preference
-
Color variation due to screen differences
-
Products damaged due to customer misuse

Sale / discounted items (unless damaged or wrong item sent)
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items
-
Size exchange is not guaranteed and depends on stock availability

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are NOT eligible for refunds
For COD orders, only replacement/exchange will be provided (if applicable).
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

COD orders that are repeatedly cancelled or refused may result in COD being blocked for future orders
Failed Deliveries / COD Refusal
If a COD order is:

Refused at delivery
-
Returned due to customer unavailability
-
Returned due to incorrect address
The order will not be eligible for refund or reshipment, and the customer may be restricted from future COD orders.
